A man who was described in court as "the neighbour from hell" has been given a suspended sentence. Bristol Crown Court heard Jason Hynam, 33, terrorised his next-door neighbours in Bradley Stoke, near Bristol. Hynam was captured on CCTV trying to break into the home of Mohammed Gaffori, his wife and baby. He pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon and affray and was given a 12 month sentence, suspended for two years.The court heard how Mr Gaffori, who has moved to a different
area with his wife and one-year-old baby, called the police after Hynam,
of Stanshaws Close, tried to break into their house last year.
