Neighbour threatened with power-saw

Joseph Loiacono at Brooklyn Supreme Court

WILLIAMSBURG — The notorious owner of a Graham Avenue antique store has been terrorizing his neighbors with threats involving a power saw, a knife and sexist slurs, authorities charged. Joseph Loiacono — whose unnamed store at 373 Graham Ave. overflows with knick-knacks, dishes and dresses — threatened his next-door neighbor "while brandishing a power saw" and calling her a "c--t" in February, court papers said.
